The human body has one unique spot (pressure point). If you place an ice cube on that spot, the organism reacts with rejuvenation, most of the diseases disappear, and you will always be healthy, moody and full of energy.
This point is located at the base of the skull and represents a recess in which the head and neck are merged. At that area, there is a pressure point, which in Chinese acupuncture is called Feng Fu – “Wind Mansion”.
Procedure: Lying on a stomach or in a sitting position place an ice cube on the point Feng-Fu (2X2 cm.) Hold it in that position for 20 minutes. Secure the ice cube in place with a bandage or some other piece of cloth. Perform this procedure on a regular basis, with a break of 2-3 days usually in the morning on an empty stomach, and at night, before bedtime. (When doing this procedure catching a cold is not possible). In the beginning, it is possible to feel cold, but after 30-40 seconds, you will feel a heat wave in the area where you place the ice cube. The first days you will have a feeling of euphoria (due to the release of endorphins into the bloodstream).
