Poor chewing of food is very harmful to the stomach and is often the cause of gastritis. The food should be thoroughly chewed so that the stomach is not burdened. Too fat meals, strong black coffee – all this leads to gastritis.

If every day at least one to two hours we are not moving in the fresh air and breathe deeply, we certainly cannot have good digestion nor the digestive organs. Oxygen is essential for food to digest.

Very spicy food (spicy, peppery, sour, oily) can damage the stomach.

In this condition, mucous of the stomach can increase and decrease in volume. Changes occur in gastric juice – it can increase or decrease acidity. When mucosal damage occurs more often, then an ulcer (ulcer ventricula) is formed.

If gastritis is not treated in its acute phase, it can become a chronic disease. Signs of this disease are a coated tongue, lack of appetite, pressure and pain in the stomach after each meal, heartburn, and often vomiting. Gastritis is the cause of poor digestion, and the result is weight loss, headache, fainting, lack of workflow, bad mood.
