..Fungal nails are more common in males than in females. Especially in those males in whose family this infection occurs for generations.

Factors that increase the risk of the formation of fungi on nails are: excessive sweating, work in a humid environment, the use of socks and footwear that make foots difficult to breathe and do not absorb sweat, walking without shoes in humid places such as pools, gym and public baths, athletic foot, diabetes, psoriasis, circulatory problems and a weakened immune system.

It is very important that in the treatment of fungal nails to be persistent, because the results can be seen only after two months of treatment.

Apple cider vinegar for fungal nails

A very useful home remedy for fungal nails is just apple vinegar. Soak your feet in a bowl with 1 liter of hot water and half a cup of apple cider vinegar. Also, apple cider vinegar can be applied directly on the infected nail 3 times a day.  

Garlic for fungal nails

 

Garlic is a powerful natural antibiotic used to remove fungi on nails. 5 cloves garlic put in a cup of water to boil. Pour the water into the bowl. Let it stand until it cools down so that you can dip your feet in that water. Hold your feet for 15 minutes in water from the onion. Repeat the process for 4 weeks or until you notice an improvement. Into the transparent nail polish bottle, add 1 garlic onion, chopped, 5 drops of lemon and 5 drops of povidone iodine. Let it stand for 2 weeks. After this period, shake well and apply one layer of nails for 15 days in a row, 16th day acetone off that easy and on the 17th day, repeat the process until the fungi disappear. You can also grind garlic and apply it directly to your nails and leave it on your nails for 30min. The feet must be clean before applying these methods of treatment.

Home treatment of fungal nails using salt

Wash your legs and do not wipe them with a towel. Apply salt on wet nails and dress socks or napkins. Repeat this process 2 times a day.

White vinegar

Pour 1 liter of warm water and half a cup of white vinegar into the bowl. Hold your feet in that water for 15 minutes. Repeat the process 2 times a day until you see the results.
